Business BackgroundWalter G. Mueller, CCREC, Broker Asociate... Graduated from Charleston Southern University with a BS in Marketing. He obtained his South Carolina Real Estate License that same year. He has worked in many real estate related fields - new home sales, title abstract reporting and mortgage lending, project management and general real estate brokerage.
Beginning in 1980 he entered the real estate development and sales business with a large South Carolina based life insurance company as Project Manager. He continued in the land development, consulting and property management business developing two large country club communities in the Charleston area. He successfully created local partnerships and JV's to develop and invest in land for development or speculation. In 2001 he became more involved in general real estate brokerage in the Charleston area with Exit Realty, a multi-state real estate company, as Broker Associate. In June 2005 he became Broker in Charge of the EXIT Realty Charleston Group Mt. Pleasant North office. EXIT is GROWING - The new East Cooper Office location for EXIT Realty Charleston Group will be located on Long Point Road at the Belle Hall / Long Point Intersection both office locations will merge to form this great client friendly location - See You There!
