With a background in mortgage banking, property management and real estate brokerage, he delivers a level of confidence his clients rely on daily.
By keeping up with current real estate and financial product trends and providing outstanding service, Walt has earned a reputation for integrity and for showing concern for his many clients throughout the Charleston SC Market. His goal is to provide award winning customer service again in 2009!
Beginning in 1980 he entered the real estate development and sales business with a large South Carolina based life insurance company as Project Manager. He continued in the land development, consulting and property management business developing two large country club communities in the Charleston area. He successfully created local partnerships and JV's to develop and invest in land for development or speculation.
In 2001 he became more involved in general real estate brokerage in the Charleston area with Exit Realty, a multi-state real estate company, as Broker Associate. In June 2005 he became Broker in Charge of the EXIT Realty Charleston Group Mt. Pleasant North office.
